01 Acceptance of terms
By accessing AIToolize (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
02 What AIToolize is
AIToolize is a curated directory of AI tools. We list, describe and rank third-party products. We do not own, operate or guarantee any listed tool, and a listing is not an endorsement.
03 Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and may not impersonate others. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
04 Submissions & listings
When you submit a tool you confirm you have the right to share the provided materials, and you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display, edit and translate them for directory purposes. Editors review submissions and may reject, edit or remove listings.
05 Paid services
Paid plans and sponsor placements are one-time or fixed-term purchases processed by our payment provider. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once a listing or placement goes live. Paid placement never changes editorial ratings.
06 Acceptable use
You may not submit malware or illegal content, manipulate rankings, or attempt to disrupt the Service. Automated access requires prior written consent.
07 Intellectual property
Directory content, branding and site design are owned by AIToolize or its licensors. Third-party names, logos and screenshots belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification only.
08 Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIToolize is not liable for damages arising from use of the Service or of any third-party tool discovered through it.
